IDON’T go to football so much these days. Maybe just once or twice a season to keep up with my boyhood love, Middlesbrough, to ensure a little continuity and give myself a reasonable chance of recognising at least a couple of players from my last trip to the Riverside or to a Boro awayday at West Brom, Birmingham or some one-off thrown up by a lower league club punching above their weight – I don’t think there’ll be another League visit to Yeovil anytime soon.
