DID YOU KNOW: Wycombe Wanderers’ mascot, Bodger, is based on a real person, former striker Tony ‘Bodger’ Horseman. Any other club mascots based on actual players out there? Esoteric note: A bodger is a woodworker specialising in turning chair legs. High Wycombe is the centre of the English chair-making industry, hence the Chairboys.
